Functions and Obligations


First Section:
	Responsible for investigation of Profit-Seeking Enterprise Income Tax, Estate Tax, Gift Tax, Commodity Tax, Tobacco and Alcohol Tax, Securities Transactions and Futures Transactions; the investigation for the reports of rules violation.

Second Section:
	Responsible for the investigation of Individual Income Tax and the investigation for the penalty.

Third Section:
	Responsible for the registration and investigation of Business Tax (VAT and Non-VAT) and the investigation for the penalty.

Fourth Section:
	Responsible for planning, controlling and evaluation, service of tax payment, taxpayers education, documents and files management, general affairs, casher, electronic operations, management of tax bill and tax administration.


Personnel Office:
	Responsible for personnel management.

Accounting Office:
	Responsible for annual budget, accounting (including taxation and statistics.

Civil Service Ethics Office:
	Responsible for the ethics management, security protection and management for official confidentiality.
